Test-Items Analysis of English Teacher-Made Test

The primary purpose of this study is to find out information about the quality item analysis on English teacher-made tests related difficulty level, discrimination validity, and reliability final semester assessment for twelfth-grade student SMAN 8 Pontianak in academic year 2020/2021. researcher conducted using descriptive quantitative with data obtained from test, consisting 40 items 257 test-takers students. analyzed test by combinations Master TAP SPSS Version 16 applications. Based results show that 22 were categorized as easy, 14 medium, four difficult level. Moreover, level shows 9 are poor, 18 enough, 13 good index also 23 valid questions, while other 17 invalid. On hand, questions' showed satisfactory results, K-R20 result 0.835. there some questions had already quality, but problematic found after being analyzed. Therefore, it necessary teacher conduct an evaluation so process will be better future.
